How to Return Merchandise
If you wish to EXCHANGE or order a new item please call 763-493-5740.
For RETURNS please fill out the following form and submit. Your INVOICE NUMBER is required to expedite processing your request. Within 2 business days you will be emailed an RA# that must be included with the returned merchandise and put on the outside of the package to be returned. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RA#.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. We’ll credit or refund the price of the merchandise (including any taxes you were charged, excluding shipping and handling). Allow 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Custom imprinted items cannot be returned. Please be aware of sizes prior to ordering. Please call if you have any questions about sizing.
